The company recently released four new well-received wedges: Caramelized Onion Camembert, Macadamia & Cashew Camembert, Reserve Sharp Cheddar, and Chive & Dill.
Big on organics, all major and readily obtainable ingredients are organic. The business also uses eco-products such as recycled wrappings, recycled eco-labels, and plant-based containers whenever possible. The company started in December 2013 and is currently sold in several locations in Oregon

Founder, co-owner, and chef, Imber Lingard is a long-term vegan and lifelong food-lover.
