This Daiya pizza delivers the big tastes of shiitake and crimini mushrooms with the hearty and almost sweet taste of roasted garlic. It’s all presented on a crispy gluten-free pizza crust, together with tomato sauce and Daiya dairy-free Mild Mozzarella Style and Cheddar Style Shreds. Perfect for those who like a subtle, rich flavour.
Ingredients: Gluten-Free Crust (water, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, white whole grain sorghum flour, potato starch, extra virgin olive oil, evaporated cane sugar, milled flax seed, yeast, nutritional yeast, sea salt, xanthan gum), Tomato Sauce (tomatoes, olive oil, onions, salt, basil, garlic, spices, xanthan gum), Daiya Mild Mozzarella and Cheddar Style Shreds Blend (filtered water, tapioca starch, non-GMO expeller pressed canola and/or non-GMO expeller pressed safflower oil, coconut oil, pea protein, inactive yeast, salt, vegan natural flavours, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, lactic acid (for flavour), titanium dioxide (a naturally occurring mineral), yeast extract, citric acid (for flavour), annatto (for color)), Shiitake and Crimini Mushrooms, Roasted Garlic.
