Harken Hugo Melo Coffee Beans (200g)

This is a single variety of coffee (meaning, it's not a blend, but one coffee, from one farm), from a small farm in Colombia owned by Hugo. The cherries were soaked in water for 24hrs which caused them to ferment, adding nice fruit notes on top of it's chocolatey profile. It's a classic Colombian coffee, but with some really nice sweetness that makes us think of raspberries, cherries and cotton candy.
