Henry's Tempeh was founded in 2002, after Henry Schmidt moved Kitchener-Waterloo after helping his daughter open her own tempeh business on Salt Spring Island. Made using rhizopus oligosporus as a starter culture, this naturally fermented food is a gut-friendly food that's a great addition to any vegan diet.
This traditional, organic tempeh brings the classic pure soy flavour you've come to expect from tempeh. Use this tempeh wherever you need a protein-rich punch. Season it to your liking and add to your next taco or nacho night!
