Lotus Seed Walnut Pesto (255g)
After a few months of serving and meditating at Vipassana meditation center, Van realized that he needed to change his lifestyle for better health, compassion toward animals, care for mother Earth and future generations. Through his new passion for food and healthy eating, Van decided to open the plant-based restaurant Lotus Seed, helping to pioneer the vegan restaurant industry in Vancouver.
Enjoy their walnut pesto with pasta, spread on bread or use as a dip for your veggies!
