Nomad Hungarian Goulash Adventure Meal - 56g
Nomad Hungarian Goulash Adventure Meal (56g)
Quite possibly the first dehydrated food for backpackers. In 9th century Hungary, stew meat was cooked, then dried in the sun. Shepherds carried it in bags made from sheep’s stomachs and added water when they wanted to eat.
This goulash is just as easy to pack and prepare. And it’s blissfully free of the old-world reliance on animal products.
