Vegan Zeastar Zalmon Sashimi (230g)

This vegan sashimi from Zeastar is a combination of Omega 3-rich oils (flaxseed and rapeseed), tapioca starch and glucose from seaweed to mimic the texture and flavor of fish. This Zalmon ‘sashimi’ is made entirely from vegetables and is an innovative fish and salmon vegan alternative!

Ingredients: Water 80%, Trehalose 5%, modified tapioca starch 2%, stabilizer (D-sorbitol) 2%, gelling agents konjac powder, carrageenan, locust bean gum), salt, canola oil flaxseed oil, acidity regulator (potassium chloride), colors (red iron oxide, paprika oleoresin, titaniumdioxide) Trehalose is a source of glucose.
