Egyptian falafel also called Ta’ameya is made out of fava beans instead of chickpeas. It is lighter and fluffier than commonly known chickpea falafels. Packed with herbs & spices you can serve them in a pita with your favorite toppings, make it into a burger patty or as an appetizer or a snack. Very versatile, you can either deep fry these falafels or bake them for a healthier alternative.
