Lennox organic cabbage seeds are an industry standard for winter cabbage that can be harvested at compact size or as full sized heads. These are tightly packed, flattened and round or oblate. Lennox cabbage holds its green colour much longer than other winter varieties, and it's productive for storage. The flavour is sweet and mild and the texture is pleasantly crisp. These seeds are coated with an inert, organic form of graphite. This helps to minimize clumping in storage and seed sowing machines. The coating is approved by organic certifiers in Canada, the US, EU, and Japan.
