Witches’ Brew Whole Grain Fermented Mustard (188ml)

This whole grain mustard is small-batch fermented for four days. The black and yellow mustard seeds add texture while the sauerkraut and unripe grape juice add a lovely complexity. Vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients: Yellow mustard seeds, black mustard seeds, sauerkraut juice [cabbage, salt, caraway], unripe grape juice, apple cider vinegar, salt.
