Shipping Protection
This is not applicable to pick-up orders. Please make sure to opt out. If you choose to place your shipping order without adding protection with Shipping Protection we will not be able to reimburse or send you a replacement.
Perishable Orders
We only ship orders with perishable items on Mondays & Tuesdays. Orders placed after 11am PST on Tuesday may be shipped the following week.
Cold Packs
All orders containing perishable items will be packed with cold packs to keep your order cold until it arrives. No need to add cold packs to your order, it is automatically included in our packing process!
