If you prefer to place your shipping order without adding protection with ShipInsure we will not be able to reimburse or send you a replacement.

We only ship orders with perishable items on Mondays & Tuesdays. Orders placed after 11am PST on Tuesday may be shipped the following week.

This does not apply to local deliveries within the Greater Vancouver Area, as these will be shipped throughout the week.

Exceptions may occur during Holidays or other external circumstances.

All orders containing perishable items will be packed with cold packs to keep your order cold until it arrives. No need to add cold packs to your order, it is automatically included in our packing process!
