Please note these cut-off times for guaranteed delivery for Thanksgiving.
- Outside of British Columbia: October 5th, end of day.
- Within British Columbia, excluding Metro Area Vancouver: October 6th, end of day
- Pick-Up in Victoria, BC on October 10th: October 9th, noon.

This is not applicable to pick-up orders, please choose 'Continue without Package Protection' if you choose to pick up.
If you prefer to place your shipping order without adding protection we will not be able to reimburse or send you a replacement in case of loss, damage or delay. Please reach out to us to arrange an alternative resolution.
Perishable Orders
Perishable Orders
We only ship orders with perishable items on Mondays & Tuesdays. Orders placed after 11am PST on Tuesday may be shipped the following week.
This does not apply to local deliveries within the Greater Vancouver Area, as these will be shipped throughout the week.
Exceptions may occur during Holidays or other external circumstances.

All orders containing perishable items will be packed with cold packs to keep your order cold until it arrives. No need to add cold packs to your order, it is automatically included in our packing process!
