Frustrated with the quality of other vegan chocolates on the market, at age 18 Catherine decided to take matters into her own hands. Catherine's Originals began with a home kitchen and an occasional market stall, but the chocolates proved so popular that they had to expand. Now they have their own factory and are supplying chocolates across the UK and even across the pond to the USA.
