SWAP™ Chicken juicy, whole filets offer the meat-eating experience from plants with a delicious taste and texture—enabling you to seamlessly replace chicken in any recipe. Each filet is packed with 19g of protein, is made from 8 clean label ingredients, and is non-GMO & gluten-free.
Versatility: SWAP™ Chicken on any menu and in any recipe. It’s easy to prepare: bread it, slice it, cube it. It’s delicious served warm or cold.
Cooking Instructions: Place filet in fridge for 24 hours to defrost prior to cooking. Heat to an internal temperature of 150°F. Don’t overcook!
Pan-fry: Heat 2 tbsp of oil (preferably sunflower oil) in a pan over medium heat. Season filet, cook 4 minutes each side until golden brown.
Oven: Preheat to 350°F and season filet with spices and oil. Place filet on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
Breaded: Dredge filet in ingredients of your choice (eg flour, wet mixture, breadcrumbs). Preheat cooking oil in a deep fryer at 350°F then fry filet for 4 minutes.
Grill: Preheat BBQ/grill to medium. Season filet with spices and oil. Grill 3-4 minutes each side until you see desired grill marks.
Marinade: Apply desired marinade (spices with oil). Place filet in a sealed container and marinate overnight in the fridge for stronger flavor. Cook using any method above.
