It was in 2013 when Castle Kitchen founder, Ken Kaiman, was shopping for pancakes with his 4-year-old son, who had invited his friends over for a weekend breakfast. Unable to find a healthy, allergy-free option with flavours kids like, Ken decided to do what any entrepreneur would do - he set out to create his own. His vision was simple. Make great-tasting, healthy food that everyone can enjoy, regardless of food restrictions or allergies. With the belief that nothing should get in the way of friends and family sharing great food became the cornerstone of the Castle Kitchen brand and one that permeates every facet of his business today.
