Bacon
We’ve all heard this one before: but what about bacon? Luckily, there are plenty of plant-based bacon alternatives made from soy, seitan, and other vegan ingredients.
Use them for a classic breakfast plate, vegan eggs benedict, breakfast sandwiches, or bacon rolls. They’re also great chopped up for Caesar salad, carbonara, pizza, split pea soup, or anywhere else you want that smoky, salty bacon-style flavour without the meat.
