Instructions:

  1. Soak 1-2 cups of Soy Curls in water for 10 minutes. Drain.
  2. Coat in your favourite vegan BBQ sauce. We chose Kula’s Red Pepper BBQ sauce.
  3. Slice cabbage and mix with coleslaw dressing.
  4. Heat soy curls in a pan over medium heat until warmed through. Add additional BBQ sauce as needed
  5. Slice open a Pretzilla Sausage or Burger Bun and stuff it with cabbage/coleslaw and soy curls.
  6. Enjoy!
