West Coast Seeds Improved Siberian Kale Seeds (1g)

Flat, broad, deeply-cut, dark-green leaves grow on long, succulent, sweet stalks. Improved Siberian Kale seeds produce plants that grow hardy rosettes about 60cm (24") in diameter at maturity. Expect height to around 30-42cm (12-15") on these stout, heavy-set dwarf plants. This vigorous kale is cold hardy for winter harvests and an excellent choice for microgreens. If allowed to go to seed, one plant will produce thousands of seeds. Be sure to cut seed pods off plants before they open or you will have a kale forest on your hands. Leaves are bright blue-green and ready for use all winter.
