Cooking Instructions
STOVE TOP – STIRFRY
1) Defrost or cook from frozen 2) Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3) Stir-fry your favourite vegetables and season until desired 4) Remove from packaging and add to skillet for 3-5 minutes. 5) Toss while adding a few teaspoons of water until thoroughly heated. 5) Serve with your favourite side. 6) Enjoy (share if you’re willing)
MICROWAVE
1) Defrost. 2) Remove from plastic packaging and place in microwavable bowl. 3) Microwave on high from 1-2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 4) Serve with your favourite side. 5) Enjoy (share if you’re willing)
