Naked & Saucy's Reduced Sugar Coconut Aminos has 65% less sugar than regular Coconut Aminos and tastes more like authentic-brewed soy sauce! They use a proprietary sugar-reducing fermentation of the coconut sap that takes 12 days, before soaking it in a bath of unrefined sea salt. It has the rich savoury taste of traditional tamaris and soy-sauces but without the soy and 57% less sodium than regular soy sauce!
Use it as a soy-sauce substitute to enliven your salad dressings, sauces, stir-fries, marinades and, of course, sushi.
