Studded with black nigella seeds (cumin) from Egypt and dusted with smoked pimentón paprika, this distinctive cashew cheese wheel is at once rich and smoky, bold and subtle. The paprika is harvested in Spain, where the sweet red pimentón peppers are slowly dried over oak coals, and the black nigella seeds are grown in Fayoum, Egypt where they’ve been cultivated for generations. The slightly sweet paprika gives this wheel with unparalleled depth and the black nigella seeds add a savoury, slightly bitter flavour. Utterly addictive on its own with crackers, bread, or bagels, this wheel is also fantastic on a charcuterie with honey or as part of a risotto.
