Cheesy Tomato Baguette Melt Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 
  2. Cut the baguette into slices and the tomatoes into half. 
  3. In a heat pan, mix the crushed garlic, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning until well combined. 
  4. Spread the tomato mixture evenly over each baguette slice. 
  5. Top each slice with the halved tomatoes. 
  6. Spread Miyoko's Liquid Vegan Pizza Mozzarella over the tomatoes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the mozzarella has begun to bubble slightly. 
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and garnish with a few basil leaves before serving.
