As lifelong foodies-turned-vegan, Kirsten and Fred began a mission to fulfill the Swiss-style holes in their hearts, but nothing on the market could live up to our memories of picnics in the spring and holiday charcuterie spreads. That's when they began experimenting in their kitchen, learning from dairy experts, and throwing away everything they knew about vegan cheese in order to craft something new: actual cheese made from plants.
