Oven Baking Instructions.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place frozen tenders on a baking tray that is lined with parchment paper. Bake tenders for 6 minutes. Flip the tenders on the baking tray. Bake for an additional 6 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the tenders reaches 165°F. Let the tenders rest for 2 minutes before serving.

Deep Frying Instructions:
To cook the tenders in a deep fryer, set fryer oil to 350°F. Place frozen tenders in a single layer in fryer basket. Deep fry tenders for 3 mins 40 seconds, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let the tenders rest 2 minutes before serving
