Gluten free and delicious, the Harvest Roast is tofu-based and is stuffed with a gluten-free bread stuffing featuring sautéed onions, mushrooms, celery and a blend of herbs and spices.

Mushroom Gravy pairs well with the Harvest Roast but also can be enjoyed with vegetables, mashed potatoes, pasta, rice or whatever side dishes you prefer!

Note: Shipped frozen, but even with cold packs, will likely thaw. Can be re-frozen.

Ingredients: 

Roast: Soy tofu (water, non-GMO soybeans, magnesium chloride, calcium sulphate), buckwheat flour, tamari, olive and canola oil, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, spices (garlic powder, onion powder, sage, thyme, marjoram, rosemary, black pepper, nutmeg).

Stuffing: Gluten free bread (water, brown rice flour, teff flour, millet, red quinoa, tapioca, corn, and potato starch), mushrooms, onion, celery, vegetable broth (water, carrot, celery, celeriac, onion, cabbage, salt), sesame oil, spices (dried sage, thyme, rosemary).

Gravy: Vegetable broth (water, carrot, celery, celeriac, onion, cabbage, salt), mushrooms, onion, garlic, red wine, tamari, nutritional yeast, cornstarch, dried thyme, dried rosemary, black pepper.

Contains: Soy, sesame.
