Bioitalia have chosen the organic because they wish to bring healthy food to the table, cultivated without pesticides and chemical fertilizers. They produce all of their products in their plant of Sarno and in the ones of their partners that share the values, passions and dreams that distinguish Bioitalia since the beginnings. 

Biolitalia have been working with the univerity Federici II of Naples for the last 10 years, carrying out researches on new technologies (as for instance the ultrasounds they use for their infused oils ) or ancient cultivars on the road to "extinction", whence their zucchini paté and farmer sauce were born...
