Inspired by her Hong Kong heritage and a deep commitment to health, Renée crafted this XO sauce as a plant-based alternative to traditional condiments. With her father’s passing due to diabetes as a poignant motivator, Renée sought to create a flavorful, health-conscious option for dim sum and home cooking. The company name "Ah Nui" means daughter in Cantonese (阿女), chosen as a tribute to our father. Her XO sauce blends tradition with a modern, plant-based twist, reflecting her dedication to both family legacy and dietary well-being.
